Sylvia Kristel isn't too active in movies these days, which is a shame; she is one of the sexiest actresses Holland has ever contributed to world cinema, as the original "Emmanuelle", "Private Lessons" and "Lady Chatterley's Lover" make plain. The 1984 movie "Mata Hari" was one of her last big roles to date, and while she's a lot prettier than the real Mata Hari reportedly was, the period costumes give her plenty of opportunity to strut her stuff in opera gloves (and, indeed, gloves of all lengths)!
