For the Love of Opera Gloves proudly presents a collection of video-capture stills showing the opera-gloved and long-gloved fashions of the 19th century from the famous German film trilogy "Sissi", based on the life of the Austro-Hungarian Empress Elisabeth (Romy Schneider), also starring Magda Schneider, Uta Franz, and Vilma Degischer, with Karl-Heinz Bohm as the Emperor Franz Joseph! (Note: This collection of vidcaps is from the second movie in the trilogy, "Sissi - die junge Kaiserin"; the actual source for this collection is the French-language release entitled "Sissi Imperatrice". The English-language translation is "Sissi: The Young Empress".)
